Cancellation and Modification Policy
The exact conditions may vary by rate and booking channel, unless otherwise specified in your reservation.
House Rules
Check-in: from [13:00] | Check-out: until [11:00] (see scheduling policy).
- Maximum occupancy per villa: 4 people.
- Quiet hours: from [23:00] to [07:00]. Please respect neighbors and staff.
- Events and parties: [not allowed / upon request].
- Visitors: registered guests only; ID required if staying overnight.
- Pool/common areas: use at your own risk. Minors must be accompanied at all times.
- Towels/bed linen: do not use them outside the accommodation.
- Sustainability: turn off A/C when leaving; use water and energy responsibly.
- No smoking indoors.
Serious breaches may result in termination of the stay without refund and/or damage charges.
Damage and Security Deposit Policy
We will charge the cost of: breakages, lost keys, extraordinary cleaning, replacement of utensils, persistent odors from smoking where prohibited, or interventions due to rule violations. We will provide receipts and a detailed breakdown of charges.

- Registration: all guests must present valid ID for reporting to authorities where required.
- Early check-in / luggage drop: subject to availability; please inquire.
Refund Policy
Refunds (when applicable under the rate or resolution) will be processed to the original payment method within 3 business days from confirmation. Platform/payment gateway fees may be non-refundable according to their own policies. If the reservation was made via third parties (Airbnb/Booking), the refund must be handled through that channel.
