1 Purpose. These Terms govern access to and use of mystiklombok.com and the contracting of accommodation and services provided by Mystik Lombok.
2 Minimum Age. The user declares to be over 18 years of age and of legal capacity to enter into a contract.
3 Reservations. A reservation is considered confirmed when the system indicates this and/or confirmation is received by email. Specific conditions may apply depending on the rate, season, and channel (Airbnb/Booking/direct sales).
4 Fees and Taxes. Prices are shown in IDR and include applicable taxes unless otherwise indicated. Local taxes (e.g., “tourist tax”) may apply upon check-in if required by local authorities.
5 Payments and Deposits. We may request full or partial prepayment and/or a refundable security deposit according to the Damage Policy. Accepted methods: [card, transfer, etc.].
6 Modifications and Cancellations. The Cancellation Policy published below or the one agreed upon in the booking channel will apply.
7 No-shows and early departures. No-shows or shortening of your stay may result in charges of up to 100% of the rate.
8 Overbooking or force majeure. If, due to exceptional circumstances, we are unable to provide the service, we will offer an alternative of equivalent or higher category or a corresponding refund.
9 House Rules. The guest agrees to abide by the internal rules and schedules indicated in the House Rules Policy.
10 Liability. Mystik Lombok is not responsible for losses due to misuse of the accommodation, theft of items, interruptions in third-party services, or weather conditions.
11 Intellectual Property. The content, trademarks, and images on this site are the property of Mystik Lombok or its licensors.
12 Unless otherwise expressly provided, the law of Indonesia shall govern. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Lombok/Indonesia.
